Letter From Director

As an educator and a mother of three, I know what it means to entrust your child’s care and nurturing to others. Choosing an educational program for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. As a result, I sought to create a learning environment with a single vision in mind – providing a personal journey of knowledge and experience for every young child.

I started my career in education as a licensed and certified Speech and Language Pathologist working in various settings with various age groups (infants to young adults). I have an extensive experience working with toddlers exhibiting a wide range of developmental delays and disabilities. I am certified in ABA and worked in special education ABA program Pre School for over 3 years. I am also certified in PROMPT, a very famous therapy approach to remediation of phonological disorders in toddlers. After working for over 7 years in the field of Speech and Language Pathology in educational settings, I have decided to focus on administrative part of education. I have completed a 2-year administration leadership program at the College of Saint Rose and obtained my School Building Leader/School District Leader advanced certificates. Soon after completing my school leadership program I started my career as an educational director.

I wanted to apply the wealth of my knowledge and training to change how children’s daycare is currently done, realizing how poorly daycare services are performed at many other locations.

The commitment I have towards the care of your child is reflected in every aspect of our facility. The physical layout, décor, the curriculum, and the selection of staff have been approached with enthusiasm, expertise, and profound care. The result is a high-quality learning environment that meets the needs of our children, parents, and community.

Trust, respect, and understanding are vital parts of these relationships; when parents and caregivers are on the same page, everyone benefits – especially the children. I am a strong proponent of an open-door policy and invite each and every parent to come talk to me about their concerns and desires for their children.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know more about our program. I would love to meet your family and welcome all of you into our center. Please feel free to contact me personally with any questions or call to set up an appointment. Introducing you to the Lighthouse Daycare Center would be my pleasure.

                Sincerely,

Nataliya
